A satellite media tour is a series of television interviews originating from one location and connecting to multiple individual news affiliates and networks via satellite.

Interviews can consist of one or more interviewees and last about 2-3 minutes on average. A spokesperson will be interviewed by one TV station after another for any number of hours.
